Project Management of the www.sky.com relaunch, based on the Vignette content management system.  This project involved a complete redesign of the look and feel of the Sky website,  with a new information architecture and new content.  It was built on what was effectively a new platform, although Vignette was used by BSkyB, the version 7 upgrade represented a step change in their technology meaning almost nothing was reused.  The website also required integration with the CRM system and electronic programme guide.
