The Office for National Statistics is responsible for the 10 yearly Census in England and Wales.  This is a process that takes over a year to run and involves 40 to 50 thousand people at its peak.  Interweave was asked to model the processes involved to ensure good control and planning within the division developing the processes.  The final model has over 2,000 elements and over 500 processes.
